I cannot believe how close it is to Christmas! This is the first year I am hosting on Christmas Day. I’ve been married almost 10 years and I’ve never hosted a holiday before. This is such a big milestone. Who wants to bet that I’ll forget to take pictures? Yeah, that’ll probably happen.
I’ve been working on our Christmas dinner menu since before Thanksgiving. Luckily, I have my sister to help me plan. She’s worked in the food services industry and attended culinary school; she’s my secret weapon! We polled the family to see what they wanted and then decided what would be the best compromise. No one is going to get everything they want, but everyone is going to be happy with what we have.
I’ve made a menu using Penny’s 12 Months: December kit that I plan to frame and have on display, so everyone knows what we’re going to be eating. No surprises here!
I really like how this looks printed. If you want to use this menu for your holiday dinner or party, you’re in luck! I’ve got this menu in two versions. The first is just like mine and the black looks great with white writing. Or, if you prefer, there is a version with a white area for you to write your menu with a darker color. These look fabulous framed and you can even use the glass of a picture frame as a kind of dry erase board allowing you to change up the menu each day of your festivities. Just click here or on the preview to get the printable.
What is on the menu at your house this holiday season? If you share something really good, I may have to change mine!

Luv these THANK YOU ;~} sooooooo much…
